不同培养基对两种东方百合切花性能的影响

摘要:研究了6种不同的栽培基质(泥炭+浮石:1:1,v/v;泥炭+珍珠岩:1:1,v/v;稻壳+浮石:1:2,v/v;粗砂+泥炭:2:1,v/v;土壤;椰子皮)对东方百合品种‘Siberia’和‘Vespucci’植株生长和花卉品质的影响。个球茎被种植在穿孔的塑料板条箱中,放置在一个未加热的温室里。对培养基的理化性质进行了研究。该试验研究了开花天数、株高、花数、鲜茎重、叶片数和瓶插寿命。结果表明,与土壤相比,无土栽培基质对植物生长和花卉品质有显著影响。获得的值因基质类型而异。在泥炭+浮石中测定了最早开花时间(.78d)和最长株高(Siberia品种为.82cm),而在椰子叶中记录了最多花数(Siberia是7朵;Vespucci是5.67朵)和最大茎重(Vespucci是.13g;Siberia是.91g)。土壤栽培植株的瓶插寿命比无土栽培植株的瓶插寿命长。叶子的数量以稻壳+浮石(57.42叶)和沙土+泥炭(54.46叶)效果最好。

Abstract:Inthisstudy,sixdifferentgrowingmedia(peat+pumice:1:1,v/v;peat+perlite:1:1,v/v;ricehull+pumice:1:2,v/v;coarsesand+peat:2:1,v/v;soil;andcocopeat)wereevaluatedfortheireffectsontheplantgrowthandflowerqualityoftheoriental‘Siberia’and‘Vespucci’lilyvarieties.Sevenhundredandtwentybulbswereplantedinperforatedplasticcratesandplacedinanunheatedgreenhouse.Thephysicalandchemicalpropertiesofthegrowingmediawereexamined.Thenumberofdaystoflowering,plantheight,thenumberofflowers,freshstemweight,thenumberofleavesandvaselifewereinvestigatedinthestudy.Theresultsindicatedthattheuseofsoillessgrowingmediasignificantlyaffectedplantgrowthandflowerqualitywhen
